Bouwfonds REIM To Set Up RE Investment Fund

European fund managerBouwfonds REIMis teaming up withQuaresin Belgium to establish a new real estate investment fund. The fund will provide private investors the opportunity to invest in shops in prime locations in the Benelux.

Bouwfonds REIM will be in charge of acquisition and management of the retail property, while serving as the fund manager in the operational stages. The distribution will be about 50% for property situated in the Netherlands and 50% for assets in Belgium or Luxembourg.
