Praedium Group and StarPoint Properties have bought the Parkview Terrace Apartments in Redlands, California.
Praedium GroupandStarPoint Propertieshave bought the Parkview Terrace Apartmentsin Redlands, California,Commercial Real Estate Directreports. The joint venture acquired the apartment complex for $79 million.
The property was previously owned byEquity Residential, a Chicago apartment REIT. New York City-based national real estate investment firm Praedium made the investment via thePraedium Fund VII.
