Hermes Buys London Buildings For £76M

Hermes Real Estate Investment Managers has acquired 40-50 Eastbourne Terrace in London.

    Hermes Real Estate Investment Managershas acquired 40-50Eastbourne Terracein London,Property Weekreports.Westlink全球投资sold the two buildings for £76 million. Hermes purchased the assets on behalf of theBritish Telecom Pension Scheme.

    CB&I U.K.is the largest tenant, occupying the whole of 40 Eastbourne Terrace.Franc Warwickadvised British Telecom, whileHoffman Partnersadvised Westlink /Amcorp Group.
