Westpac Banking has expanded its foreign exchange forwards desk in London,Automated Traderreports. Andrew Townsend has been named as head of northern hemisphere forwards, while Stewart Cameron will be director of foreign exchange and responsible for increasing Westpac’s euro capabilities.

Townsend previously worked for Commerzbank as head of non-euro interest rate swaps and FX Forwards. Cameron was associated with Barclays Capital, trading the forward euro book.
