BioMed Realty Trusthas secured a $750 million loan to replace its existing credit facility due on Aug. 1, 2011. The new four-year unsecured revolving credit facility may be extended to about $1.25 billion.

The maturity period of the facility may also be extended to 2016.KeyBank National AssociationandWells Fargo Securitiesacted as the co-lead arrangers of the new facility.
