LaSalle Sells Hyde Park Hayes For $49M

European fund manager LaSalle Investment Management has sold the Hyde Park Hayes business park for over $49 million.

    European fund managerLaSalle Investment Managementhas sold theHyde Park Hayes商业园49美元轧机ion,PropertyEUreports. The buyer was theMelford Special Situations, a fund managed by U.K. real estate investor and fund managerMelford Capital Partners.

    The property’s tenants includeRackspace,China Airlines,WNS Global ServicesandWinterflood Securities. LaSalle started marketing the property in March 2011.Jones Lang LaSalleacted on behalf LaSalle, addsProperty Magazine International.
