PE Firms Sell €570M Amadeus Stake
Cinven and BC Partners have sold a combined 9.16% stake for €570 million in Spain Amadeus IT Holdings.
CinvenandBC Partnershave sold a combined 9.16% stake for €570 million in Spain’sAmadeus IT Holdings,Reutersreports. The shares owned by the private equity firms were offered throughGoldman SachsandMorgan Stanley.
The transaction included 20.5 million shares belonging to an entity controlled by Cinven and an equal amount of shares controlled by BC Partners. Following the deal, Cinven and BC Partners each retain a 3.42% stake in Amadeus.
