Hidroelectricawill secure a $154 million loan,Bloombergreports. The loan will be provided by theEuropean Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The Romanian hydropower generator will use the capital to fund the upgrade of one of its hydropower plants. Hidroelectrica is a state-owned company and its shares are being held by theMinistry of Economy, Commerce and Business Environment.
