Scarborough JV Launches RE Fund

Kevin McCabe’s Scarborough Group has formed a joint venture with Wyndham Advisers to launch a U.K. fund.

    Kevin McCabe’sScarborough Group成立了一个合资企业Wyndham Advisersto launch a U.K. fund,PropertyEUreports. The partnership namedScarWyn Capitalwill provide cross-border, real estate fund management in Hong Kong.

    ScarWyn’sSteeland Property Opportunity Fund, which is targeting Chinese investors, is seeking to raise $150 million. The joint venture firm will be co-chaired by Scarborough Chairman McCabe and Wyndham Advisers founderWater Cheung.
