Berkshire Partners and OMERS Private Equity have acquired Ontario-based Husky International.
BerkshirePartnersandOMERS Private Equityhave acquired Ontario-basedHusky International. The Boston-based private equity firm and the private equity arm of theOMERS Worldwidegroup of companies bought Husky fromOnex.
