Dalian Exchange Plans Hog Futures Launch

Dalian Commodity Exchange(DCE) is seeking to roll out hog futures,Reutersreports. According to exchange presidentLiu Xingqiangthe roll out will be an important tool for farmers to manage price risk.

DCE is also aiming to launch agriculture and energy-focused futures contracts later. China’s three commodity exchanges in Dalian, Zhengzhou and Shanghai offer a combined 25 futures products.
