CIC Names Ex-SSF Vet As CIO

China’s sovereign-wealth fund theChina Investment Corporation(CIC) has appointedLi Kepingas CIO,The Wall Street Journalreports. He has replacedGao Xiqing, who will remain president and vice chairman.
