Valero Buys Chevron Refinery For $730M
Valero Energy has acquired Chevron’s Pembroke refinery in Wales.
Valero Energyhas acquiredChevron’s Pembroke refinery in Wales,Reutersreports. The transaction has been priced at $730 million, exclusive of working capital.
The acquisition has been funded with available cash. The U.S. oil refinery company has acquired the unit along with marketing and logistics assets in the U.K. and Ireland.
