Bank of Cyprus Picks BNY For €5B Program
Bank of Cyprus has appointed BNY Mellon for its €5 billion covered bond program.
Bank of Cyprushas appointedBNY Mellonfor its €5 billion covered bond program,Banking Business Reviewreports. BNY will serve as corporate trustee, account bank, principal paying agent and listing agent for the bond program.
The covered bond program consists of distinct Cypriot and Greek residential mortgage loan cover pools.BNY Mellon Corporate Trustservices $11.9 trillion in outstanding debt from 61 locations in 20 countries.
