Guardian Capital Boosts Senior Team

Guardian Capital Groupexpanded its senior management group with the appointment of three senior executives,Investment Weekreports. The investment manager has hiredGeorge Mavroudisas president and CEO,James McCutcheonas Chairman of the board andMichael Christodoulouas a member of its board of directors.

Mavroudis has been serving as senior executive of Guardian since 2005 and president since January 2009, and McCutcheon as lead director of the Guardian board of directors. Christodoulou, who joined Guardian in 1993, has been vice president of strategic planning and development at the firm since February 2009.
