ProMed Propertieshas acquired two office buildings in Boston for $112 million. The North American wholly-owned subsidiary ofGazit-Globebought a research building and a medial-office complex fromDaymark Realty Advisors, addsBusiness Journal.
The buildings are 100% leased toTufts Medical Center. ProMed has financed the acquisition with the assumption of existing loans of about $93 million. On the deal,Grubb & Ellis’菲尔吉安达andAnthony Bietterepresented Daymark Realty.
