Venezuela May Get $4B Russia Loan

Venezuela is likely to secure another loan worth $4 billion from Russia,Reutersreports. The credit facility will help modernize the South American nation’s armed forces.

Russia had last year granted a similar $4 billion loan to Venezuela to purchase weapons. The two countries have also formed partnerships in energy and defense.
