Onex To Invest $864M In JELD-WEN
Onex has changed its contract to invest in residential door and window manufacturers, JELD-WEN Holding.
Onexhas changed its contract to invest in residential door and window manufacturers,JELD-WEN Holding. The Toronto-based private equity firm and its affiliates will now invest $864 million compared with to the previously planned $675 million.
The investment will be made in two separate tranches of $675 million convertible preferred stock and $189 million of convertible note. Onex will put the money in JELD-WEN through its flagship private equity fundOnex Partners III.
