IFM Looks For $1B Infra Investments

Industry Funds Management(IFM) is seeking over $1 billion of infrastructure investments,Financial Standardreports. IFM has approximately $9.5 billion divided between two infrastructure funds.

The global alternative wholesale funds manager will consider a joint venture along with a strategic investor, each taking a 50% stake in a $1.5-2 billion enterprise. IFM also bought stake in Port of Brisbane in 2010.
