Hampshire Appoints Asset Manager

John Goldsmith is joining Hampshire Companies as asset manager.

    John Goldsmithis joiningHampshire Companiesas asset manager. He will be in charge of sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, management, and analyzing existing fund assets and fundraising for the company and its real estate funds.

    Goldsmith joins the private real estate investment firm fromMooring Financial, where he was an internal consultant. He has also worked withGoldman SachsandStarwood Capital.
