Russell Wins $500M Oregon PF Mandate
The Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund has chosen the Russell Fundamental U.S. Large Company Index for its U.S. equity mandate of nearly $500 million.

The mandate, which is likely to fund by September 30, will draw from a combination of present domestic actively managed and passively indexed U.S. large-cap portfolios. Recently, the firm also won a $640 million mandate for its Fundamental Index with theAlaska Permanent Fund Corporation.
