RTS Buys Indian Technology Firm
Frankfurt-headquartered RTS Realtime Systems Group, a global trading solutions provider, has bought First Futures Software Engineering, a high-end technology solutions provider in India.
Frankfurt-headquarteredRTS Realtime Systems Group(RTS), a global trading solutions provider, has bought第一个期货软件工程(FFS), a high-end technology solutions provider in India. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The firm will also set up a data center in Mumbai with India-based global telecommunications providerTata Communications.Satish Kumar, head of operations at FFS, andNaveen Kumar, FFS director of software development, have been appointed as directors for RTS in India.
