Adia Overhauls Fund Management Unit
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority has restructured one of its fund management divisions.
TheAbu Dhabi Investment Authority(Adia) has restructured one of its fund management divisions,金融时报》reports. The sovereign wealth fund has namedSheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyanas head of a new indexed fund department.
Sheikh Mohammed was formerly executive director of the European external equity fund division. Adia has also pickedObeid al-Suwaidi, former director in the Far East external equities division, as head of the two new departments which will run externally managed funds that are not index funds.
