Druvahas secured $12 million in venture capital financing. The investment round was led by private equity investorsNexus Venture PartnersandSequoia Capital.

The laptop backup service provider will use the funding to expand both the product offering and sales and marketing in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as Asia-Pacific.
