Barclays has selected Toby Phelps to be its managing director and head of real estate.
Barclayshas selectedToby Phelpsto be its managing director and head of real estate (RE),Bloombergreports. The formerMorgan Stanleybanker will head the firm’s property advisory in Australia.
Phelps will take up his roles for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Barclays, he was associated withGreenOak Real Estate.
