L&S Secures £100M Refi For London Offices

London & Stamford Property(L&S) has closed refinancing worth £100 million. The U.K. property company completed the refinancing against two City of London office assets.

The properties at One Fleet Place and One Carter Lane were bought in January 2009 and April 2011, respectively.Santander Corporate BankingandDekaBankare lead arrangers of the facility.
