Goldman Adds China, Japan E-Trading Head

Goldman Sachs has appointed Christina Makiguchi as head of electronic trading for Japan and China.

    Goldman Sachshas appointedChristina Makiguchias head of electronic trading for Japan and China,FinanceAsiareports. Based in Tokyo, Makiguchi will work under the head of the overall Asia businessShuya Kekkeand Hong Kong-based Asia head of execution salesShane Bolton.

    Most recently, Makiguchi served atCredit Suisseas a director in Japan and head of its advanced execution services platform. Makiguchi has also formerly led Japan e-trading atLehman BrothersandUBS.
