SocGen Names Commodities Research Head
Michael Haigh has joined Societe Generale as managing director and global head of commodities research.
Michael Haighhas joinedSociete Generale(SocGen) as managing director and global head of commodities research,Bloombergreports. In his new role at the French bank, Haigh will be based in New York.
He had worked at SocGen from 2007 to 2009 as a senior commodity strategist. He resigned from a similar role atStandard Charteredin Singapore earlier this year. Haigh has also worked withK2 Advisorsin New York.
