JP Morgan Asset Management has appointed James Gearin as COO of its retirement plan services business.
JP Morgan Asset Management(JPMAM) has appointedJames Gearinas COO of its retirement plan services (RPS) business. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, he will report toDavid Musto, CEO ofJP Morgan Retirement Plan Services.
Gearin will be in charge of overall strategic direction and execution of the JP Morgan RPS business operations. Most recently, he was working with consulting groupKnowledgent, where he led its retirement practice.
