CCSL Chief Resigns

Nicholas Brookes, CEO ofCCSL, has stepped down from his current position,Financial Standardreports. He founded the superannuation trustee business in 2006, which has $1.2 billion of funds under trusteeship.

Vincent Parrott, a director at CCSL and head of funds management forDiversa, will become acting CEO. CCSL is wholly owned by Diversa, which offers superannuation, risk and investment management products and services to wholesale clients, including super funds, financial advisers, accountants and fund managers.
