DoubleVerify Gets $33M In VC Funding

DoubleVerify, the pioneer and worldwide leader in online media verification and compliance, has secured $33 million in venture capital financing. The investment round was led byJMI EquityandInstitutional Venture Partners(IVP).

Other participants in the funding round include existing investorsBlumberg CapitalandFirst Round Capital.Bob Nyeof JMI Equity andDennis Phelpsof IVP have joined the DoubleVerify board of directors. This latest investment brings the company’s total financing to $47 million.
