L&G, Hermes To Sell £320M Industrial Portfolio

Legal & General(L&G) andHermesare selling an industrial portfolio for approximately £320 million,Property Weekreports.Jones Lang LaSalleis marketing the assets in the fund managers’U.K. Logistics Fund.

The portfolio generates £20.7 million of rent annually and also consists of 14 assets across 12 locations. The fund, which is managed by senior fund managerJonathan Hollandat L&G, was rolled out in 2006.
