Nordea Eiendomskreditt, a unit of Nordea Bank, has raised $1 billion through a sale of covered notes in the 144a private placement market.

The notes will mature on Sept. 22, 2016.Bank of America Corp.,Citigroup,Credit Suisse,HSBC HoldingsandJ.P. Morganwere joint book runners for the deal.
