BNY Mellon Asset Management has named Christopher Sheldon as CIO of Dreyfus Corp.

    BNY Mellon Asset Managementhas namedChristopher Sheldonas CIO ofDreyfus Corp.He will replacePhil Maisano, who retired earlier this year.

    Sheldon will take over on November 1. Before joining Dreyfus, Sheldon worked atBNY Mellon Wealth Management, where he was director of investment strategy and president of the BNY Mellon funds.
