LVMH Holds 98.09% Stake In Bulgari

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton(LVMH) now owns 98.09 percent of the share capital of Italy’sBulgari. The announcement came after minority shareholders of the high-end jeweler tendered their shares as part of its €3.7 billion offer.

LVMH acquired 31.31 percent Bulgari shares from minority shareholders on September 23. The jeweler’s main shareholder, the Bulgari family, had in March exchanged its 50.4 percent stake for a 3.5 percent stake in LVMH, while minority shareholders were offered €12.15 per share in cash.
