Rockspring Buys Dortmund Warehouse

Rockspring Property Investment Managers has purchased a retail warehouse in Dortmund for €36.5 million.

    Rockspring Property Investment Managershas purchased a retail warehouse in Dortmund for €36.5 million,Europe Real Estatereports. The acquisition was made on behalf of theRockspring German Retail Box Fund.

    TheHornbach Zentrumwas sold byCS Eureal. The property is anchored by a Hornbach DIY store and its tenants includeLidl,Tedox,ReweandBurger King. The warehouse will be managed byPrime Management, Dusseldorf.
