Hedge fund Signature Capital Investments has entered into an alliance with Sydney-based family trust AR Management.
Hedge fundSignature Capital Investments(SGI) has entered into an alliance with Sydney-based family trustAR Management(ARM),Financial Standardreports. ARM is the management and chief operating vehicle ofAndrew Roberts Group.
ARM will be providing dedicated investment services to SGI in addition to taking a placement of 26.25 million newly issued SGI shares. It will provide SGI a portfolio of international absolute-return fund interests to the same value.
