Horizons Rolls Out Two Equity ETFs

Horizons Exchange Traded Fundshas rolled out two equity exchange-traded funds (ETFs) with affiliateAlphaPro Management. TheHorizons Enhanced Income U.S. Equity ETFand theHorizons Enhanced Income International Equity ETFwill provide Canadian investors access to an innovative covered call strategy on the U.S. and International stocks, respectively.

The U.S. equity fund will invest in a portfolio of equity and equity-related securities of the U.S. companies that are among the largest and most liquid issuers on theNew York Stock Exchange(NYSE) orNasdaq. The international equity ETF will invest in a portfolio of equity and equity-related securities of companies that are among the largest and most liquid non-North American based issuers on theToronto Stock Exchange(TSX), NYSE or Nasdaq.JovInvestment Managementwill be investment adviser to the funds, which will be traded on TSX.
