Daiwa Mutual Fund Unveils Income Fund

Daiwa Mutual Fundhas set up a new closed-end income fund,India Infolinereports. Managed byKillol Pandya,Daiwa Fixed Maturity Plan - 3M - Series 2seeks to invest in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments having maturity on or before the date of maturity of the plan to generate income and capital appreciation.

The plan will allocate its assets in debt and money market instruments and offers growth and dividend options. The fund, which will track the performance of theCrisil Liquid Fund Index, will not invest in foreign securitized debt.
