America Movil has raised $2.75 billion through a two-part sale of senior notes.
America Movilhas raised $2.75 billion through a two-part sale of senior notes,Reutersreports. The first tranche of $2 billion notes, which carry a coupon rate of 2.375 percent, will mature on Sept. 8, 2016.
The second tranche of $750 million notes, carrying a coupon rate of 6.125 percent, will mature on March 30, 2040.Bank of America Corp.andJ.P. Morganwere joint bookrunners for the offering.
