PKA To Invest €50M In Global Property Fund

Denmark’s pension schemePKAis investing €50 million in a global property fund,IPEreports. As part of a plan to boost international real estate holdings, the pensions administrator is allocating the money to theSPF IIfund, managed by Danish investment managerSparinvest.

Other investors investing in the property fund include Danish pension fundsLærernes PensionandPenSam. The SPF II, which has garnered €201.40 million of capital, targets small and medium-size funds investing in smaller property with development potential. The portfolio will eventually include 150-200 properties divided among around 12 funds.
