NJ Pension Fund To Invest $1.49B

New Jersey Division of Investments, Trenton, is planning to invest $1.49 billion in new investments,养老金和投资reports. The division, with $66.4 billion in assets under management as of Sept. 30, could pledge up to $200 million each to private equity firmTPG Capital’s New Jersey/TPG NPLs Commercial and Residential, and hedge fund managersBrevan HowardandElliott Associates.

The division is also looking to invest up to $150 million each toWheelock Street Real Estate Fundand U.S.-based opportunistic real estate fundValueAct Capital Partners II. Also,AnaCap Credit Opportunities IIcould secure $110 million andTPG Opportunities Partners II,Sterling Capital Partners IVandWinton Futures Fundcould see up to $100 million in investments.
