CBRE Boosts Russia Team

Commercial property adviserCB Richard Ellis(CBRE) has expanded its senior management team with the appointments of亚历山大PolenokandNatalia Yakimenko. Polenok will be executive managing director and Yakimenko deputy managing director of CBRE Russian operations.

Financial and professional services expert Polenok, ex-CEO at Russian international banking and finance companyVTB Group, will handle country operations. Yakimenko, who has been with CBRE for more than 10 years, will continue as director of property management and project management along with her additional responsibilities.Darrell Stanaford, managing director of CBRE Russia, will assume the role of senior adviser to the firm’s Russian board.
