Crescent Real Estate Holdings has divested its stake in six Texas office properties for about $2 billion.

    Crescent Real Estate Holdingshas divested its stake in six Texas office properties for about $2 billion,Bloombergreports.JPMorgan Asset Managementis buying the 24 percent interest.

    The deal has given theJPMorgan Chase & Co.division complete ownership ofHouston CenterandTheCrescentoffice and retail complex in Dallas. Crescent is owned by a joint venture betweenBarclays Capitaland Fort Worth–basedGoff Capital.
