SL Green To Buy Manhattan RE For $416M

New York–basedSL Green Realty Corp.is acquiring eight Manhattan retail and multi-family properties for $416 million,Bloombergreports. The properties are being purchased in a joint venture with real estate company巨石阵的合作伙伴, which will manage and reposition the multi-family portion that totals 402 rental units.

The deal consists of724年第五ve., which houses the Milan-based luxury goods makerPrada. Among other properties in the deal are762 Madison Ave.,400 East 57th St.,400 East 58th St. and stakes in752 Madison Ave., occupied by clothierGiorgio Armani, and19-21 East 65th St.
