Carlyle Hires MD For Korean Investments
International alternative asset manager the Carlyle Group has appointed Sanghyun Lee as managing director.
International alternative asset manager theCarlyle Grouphas appointedSanghyun Leeas managing director. Based in Seoul, Korea, he will head the Korean investment efforts for Carlyle Asia Partners.
Most recently, Lee served at buyout fund managerAffinity Equity Partnersas managing director heading the firm’s investment initiative in Korea. Formerly, he was associated with sovereign wealth fundGovernment ofSingapore Investment Corp.and handled its private equity investments in Korea.
