Immofinanz Secures €210 Credit Facility

Real estate companyImmofinanzhas obtained €210million in a refinancing and development facility,PropertyEUreports. The funding has been secured for itsSilesia City Centermall in Katowice, Poland.

German banksHelabaandpbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbankwere joint mandated lead arrangers, with Helaba acting as agent. Silesia City Center, comprising 250 retail outlets, was bought by Immofinanz in 2005 and refinanced by Helaba in 2008.
