The Malaysian fund is bidding through its hospital unitIntegrated Healthcare Holdings. As part of the deal, Acibadem’s co-ownerAbraaj CapitalappointedGoldman Sachs GroupandBank of America Merrill Lynchin June to study options for the stake.
