.406 Ventures Gets $95M Fund

Boston-based.406 Ventureshas secured $95 million for its second fund,Mass High Techreports. The venture capital firm is looking to raise a total of $175 million for .406 Ventures II LP.

The firm has added a total of 30 limited partners in the funding. The firm has filed with theSecurities and Exchange Commissionfor the investment round. In March 2008, it raised its first fund at $167 million.
