Check Point Software Technologies, a provider of security solutions, has bought privately heldDynasec, an Israeli firm supplying governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) solutions. The merger will lead to better management of customers’ entire Check Point 3D Security process from corporate objectives to policies and security enforcement.

Check Point will offer security, business and consulting services along with Dynasec’s easy2comply governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solution, which offers a set of GRC frameworks with built-in best practices customizable for hundreds of compliance standards. The easy2comply solution allows the implementation of the technology in less than two weeks, helping customers streamline compliance efforts.
